Descriptif du poste

Your mission?
You will have several responsibilities at Incenteev, all to ensure our customers are happy !

  • Define and specify customer needs
  • Build and maintain an exclusive and privileged relationship with our decision makers (Sales and Marketing directors)
  • Ensure the implementation and adoption of the Incenteev platform by our clients and the users
  • Personalized follow-up and monitoring of current projects
  • Meet with our clients and accompany them in the design, management, animation, or event workshops
  • Proactively communicate the new features and solutions to ensure optimal use of the product
  • Manage priorities and schedules to best meet customer expectations and needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction (measured with KPIs) and keep up clear communication with the developers to meet the functional needs
